To ensure that the display is carried out with maximum efficiency for both the organisers and the team please kindly note the following:
We require a minimum arena size of 50m x 30m which can be rope and post or metal barriers with a roped off/or barrier equipment area of 10m x 10m which must be directly connected to the arena with no accss to the public.
A good PA system, with radio microphone and CD playing facilities.
At least 1.5 hours between each display and a 10 minute setting up time in the arena and a five minute dismantling time is required. An informative commentary is carried out whilst the equipment is being set up in the arena.
Access and parking for a 13m coach is needed, which is used as a chaning and rest area for dogs and handlers. A 5m equipment vehicle needs access to the 10mx 10m equipment area to unload and re-load.
Refreshments where available for up to 15 people.
